Complying with the Business Plan Criteria

Thursday 9th May 2024, 10:30am - 1:00pm

British BIDs' Business Plan Criteria incorporates the perspectives of national levy payers and the information they expect to see in a business plan.

Writing a compelling business plan is no easy task, particularly when your voters have more pressures on them than ever before.

Your business plan needs to be exciting and engaging. It needs to reassure your businesses of the future, your governance, their return on investment as well as capturing the relevant financial information.

National businesses play a major role in supporting and sustaining BIDs, and their levy payments are an important part of the national investment in town centres. A BID’s business plan must highlight the value it brings to the place and businesses.

This 2.5 hour online course will document -and provide case study examples- of what needs to be included in your business plan to ensure that all of the required information is included and easy to follow.
