An efficient BID Manager is one who can use their resources to get the job done in a professional manner with good results. Both efficiency and effectiveness are essential characteristics in BIDs where it is essential to be able to demonstrate a return on investment to stakeholders. This course covers a range of areas and tips to help you deliver the optimum service for your stakeholders. 

This 2.5 hour online course, led by our Head of Research, Chris Turner, will cover good governance, the key regulatory aspects of a BID ballot, the essential financial procedures for a BID as well as effective operations and management and reporting on performance.
