Responsibilities & best practices for BID Directors

The most successful BIDs are led by innovative, passionate Directors whose attitudes and values clearly represent those of their levy payers and stakeholders. It is crucial, however, that Directors develop an expertise in BIDs. This includes the regulations and governance to ensure that all of the requirements are being met and applied correctly. 

This 2.5 hour online course provides serving and potential BID Directors with a clear understanding of their key duties, and how these can be best performed. This includes an understanding of financial and performance management, the Companies Act 2006, the Nolan Principles ethical standards and an overview of the BID industry.
