An efficient BID Manager is one who can use their resources to get the job done in a professional manner with good results. Both efficiency and effectiveness are essential characteristics in BIDs where it is essential to be able to demonstrate a return on investment to stakeholders. This course covers a range of areas and tips to help you deliver the optimum service for your stakeholders. 

This 2.5 hour online course will cover good governance, the key regulatory aspects of a BID ballot, the essential financial procedures for a BID as well as effective operations and management and reporting on performance.
