The relationship between a BID and its Local Authority is an important one. It is crucial that both parties have a mutual understanding of one another’s obligations. 

This course covers these respective regulatory requirements of both parties. 

This course is equally relevant whether the BID in question is already in operation or in the development stages. 

The course specifically covers all of the responsibilities of the Local Authority including baseline agreements, BID boundaries, BID proposals, levy rules and much more.
