Wednesday 27th February 2019, 10:00am-4:00pm

Venue: JLL, Warwick Street, London, W1B 5NH

Local Authorities play a vital part in the set up and monitoring of a Business Improvement District. However, what are the local authorities actual legal responsibilities and how should they interact with their Business Improvement District during the renewal/set up, ballot and establishment of a BID? If you work for or with a Local Authority and would like to understand the requirements of your organisation when a BID is being developed, this course covers everything: baseline agreements, BID boundaries, BID proposals, levy rules and much more.
