The relationship between a BID and its Local Authority is an important one. It is crucial that both parties have a mutual understanding of one another’s obligations. This course covers the regulatory requirements of both parties and is equally relevant whether the BID in question is already in operation or in the development stages. The course covers the responsibilities of the Local Authority including baseline agreements, BID boundaries, BID proposals, levy rules and much more.
This 2.5 hour online course is equally suitable for BID employees and Directors as well as Local Authority employees.
